We know how frustrating it can be when something doesn’t go right with an online order. At ST Mobile, we genuinely care about your experience and want to make things right whenever we can. That said, because we deal in original branded products, we have to be careful about how we handle returns. Please take a moment to read through our policy — it’s straightforward and fair.
When Can You Return?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately won’t be able to process a return or exchange.
What We Need From You
We want to make the return process as smooth as possible. To be eligible for a return, your product must be:
- ✅ Completely unused — just like the day it arrived
- ✅ In its original box with all packaging intact
- ✅ With all accessories, manuals and tags included
- ✅ Warranty seal unbroken and untampered
Sorry, We Can’t Accept Returns If…
We know this may be disappointing in some cases, but we cannot process a return if:
- ❌ The product has been used even once
- ❌ The box has been opened
- ❌ The product has been damaged after delivery
- ❌ The warranty seal is broken or voided
- ❌ It has been more than 7 days since delivery
- ❌ Any accessories or original packaging are missing
Got the Wrong Item or a Defective Product?
That’s completely on us, and we’ll fix it right away! If you received the wrong product or something that’s genuinely defective, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short video. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no hassle, no drama.
How to Start a Return
It’s simple — just follow these steps:
- Message us on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order
- Send us clear photos or a video showing the product in its original condition
- Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24 hours
- If approved, ship the product back to our Karachi address
- Your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days
How We Refund
Refunds are sent via bank transfer, EasyPaisa or JazzCash — whichever is most convenient for you. We don’t issue cash refunds for online orders.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
If the return is due to a mistake on our end — wrong item, defective product — we’ll cover the shipping cost. If you simply changed your mind, the return shipping cost will be yours to bear. Fair enough, right?
